WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE?
Tickets will be available for sale at the gate. Your best bet to guarantee tickets and your preferred ticket type is to buy them online in advance.
 
I PURCHASED GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS. WILL YOU HAVE ANY UPGRADE OPPORTUNITIES ON SITE?
Please visit our ticket concierge on site to see any ticket upgrade opportunities to seated floor, general admission pit, or Front Row VIP Experience.

DO KIDS NEED TICKETS?
Kids seven and under are free.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No. All sales are final. No refunds are offered.

CONCESSIONS:
WHAT ARE THE BEVERAGE OPTIONS?
We will have beer, water, sodas and more available for purchase. Specific brands will be listed closer to show date.

WILL THERE BE FREE WATER AVAILABLE?
Yes. We will have a complimentary water station on site. Guests may purchase a water bottle on site and use the water station to refill their bottles.
You can bring empty water bottles, yetis or other cups to use at the free water station.

WHAT ARE THE FOOD OPTIONS?
We will have a wide variety of food vendors serving up food throughout the festival. Specific food vendors coming soon!

WHERE IS THE 2024 LONE STAR JAM BEING HELD?
The 2024 Lone Star Jam will be held at Round Rock Amp in Round Rock, Texas.

IS THERE ADA PARKING ON SITE?
Lone Star Jam provides ADA parking on site.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THERE?
We recommend the use of ride share services such as Lyft and Uber.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?
Parking is available on site for $20 per day. Cash only. Parking lots open at 11am each day.

CAN I PARK IN THE SHOPPING CENTER NEXT DOOR?
No. We have been contacted by IKEA, JC Penney, RBFCU and more stating that they do not offer event parking. They will have signs posted each day and will be towing vehicles who park there for the event. We strongly suggest parking on the Round Rock Amp grounds, getting dropped off, or using ride share services. The last thing we want is for our customers’ vehicles to get towed.


MERCHANDISE:
WHAT KIND OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE AVAILABLE?
We will have Lone Star Jam event t-shirts and koozies available for sale at The Lone Star Jam Merchandise Tent. Performing bands will have their merchandise as well.

WHAT NOT TO BRING:
The following items are prohibited from Lone Star Jam:
backpacks, chairs, food or beverage of any type, guns, knives, other weapons, coolers, glass, laser pointers, fireworks, wallet chains, video cameras, professional recording gear, laptop computers, umbrellas, drugs and other paraphernalia, skateboards or scooters, tents, pets, vending materials, drones or other flying devices.

Flyers - no unauthorized vending will be tolerated

RE-ENTRY:
There is no re-entry to the festival grounds.
